Chilli Stir-Fried Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches bok choy, leaves separated and based removed
  • 1 red capsicum, seeded and sliced
  • 1 yellow capsicum, seeded and sliced
  • 8 baby corn ears, halved length ways
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a Con-ium Fry Pan over a medium-high heat.

Step 2
Once hot, add garlic, vegetables, and chilli flakes. Stir fry for 4-5minutes or until vegetables cooked and greens have wilted.

Step 3
Add soy sauce to pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for a further minute, and remove from heat.

Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
