Ingredients
- 6 large croissants
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cream
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 100g ham of choice
- 100g Swiss cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife, cut the croissants into three segments.
Step 3
In a large salt&pepper mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and parsley, then thoroughly mix the ingredients using a Tool Spoon.
Step 4
Dip the croissant pieces into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated, and arrange them in the Albany Rectangle Baking Dish.
Step 5
Layer cheese and ham slices between the croissants.
Step 6
Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and pour over the remaining egg mixture.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Step 8
Serve croissants in an Albany Rectangle Baking Dish, garnish with chives and serve croissants with Tool Slotted Turner.
