- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup blackberries, sliced in half
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1⁄3 cup walnut halves, roughly chopped
- ¼ tsp black pepper, cracked
- Pinch of sea salt flakes
- Crusty bread to serve
Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced.
Place brie into salt&pepper Fromage Cheese Baker.
Cut sprig of rosemary into thirds and poke sprigs into brie.
Top with blackberries and walnuts.
Replace lid on cheese baker and bake for 10-15 minutes until brie is soft.
Drizzle over maple, and sprinkle pepper and salt onto top.
Serve immediately with crusty bread.
