Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 avocado
- 200g cooked prawns
- 500g leafy greens
- 100g Alfalfa sprouts
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- ½ lime
- Salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
Thinly slice the orange onto the Industry Chopping Board.
Step 2
Cut open the avocado, remove the skin and seed and slice thinly.
Step 3
Thoroughly wash leafy greens and place in a large salt&pepper serving bowl. Top with orange and avocado slices, add cooked prawns to the serving bowl.
Step 4
In a small salt&pepper bowl, whisk sweet chilli sauce and ½ lime together. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad and if required, top with more salt and pepper.
Step 5
Gently toss together in the serving bowl with tongs to ensure that the dressing is evenly distributed.
