Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 200g unsalted butter, cubed
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp wattleseed
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 100g milk chocolate morsels
- 100g white chocolate morsels
- ½ cup plain flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170°C. Line your Sunday Bake Square Pan with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2
Place the dark chocolate, butter, sugar and wattleseed in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring between with a metal whisk, until melted and combined. Set aside to cool.
Step 3
Once the chocolate is cooled enough (to not cook the eggs!) add the eggs to the chocolate mixture and mix until combined. Stir in the chocolate morsels and flours until well combined. Pour into the pan.
Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes or until crumbs cling to a skewer when inserted. Set aside to cool completely. Serve with double cream.
