Dear salt&pepper customers,
Bambis Import Co.Pty. Ltd. ACN 062 797 657 and Store Plus Pty Ltd ACN 120 856 439 trading as salt&pepper (salt&pepper) have entered into an agreement with Global Retail Brands Australia Pty Ltd ACN 006 348 205 in its capacity as trustee for the Global Retail Brands Australia Unit Trust ABN 74 323 352 (Global Retail Brands) to sell its business and assets. The completion of the business sale is anticipated to take effect on 15 April 2025 (Completion Date).
This change will allow Global Retail Brands to continue looking after salt&pepper and offer the same quality products and friendly service you know and love.
Updated Privacy Policy
In line with this transition, we have updated our Privacy
Policy to include specific details about how personal information is handled in the event of a business sale.

What This Means For You
With this change, your personal information – including your name and contact details – will be securely transferred on and from the Completion Date to Global Retail Brands. This means that from the Completion Date, your personal information will be stored and controlled by Global Retail Brands ensuring you experience a smooth and uninterrupted service.
Your Choices
No action is needed if you are happy for your details to be transferred – everything will proceed as normal.
If you prefer not to have your personal information transferred, you can simply opt out here.
If you do not opt out by 5pm on Monday, 14 April 2025, then we will proceed on the basis that you authorise and consent to the disclosure of your information to Global Retail Brands and that you authorise and consent to receiving commercial and marketing messages from Global Retail Brands following the Completion Date.
