Ingredients
- 60mL NED Australian Whisky
- 30mL grapefruit fresh juice
- 30mL Honey Syrup 1:1
- Garnish - Sage leaf
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add some ice.
Step 2
Shake hard for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe.
Step 3
Garnish with sage leaf.
