Elderflower & Cucumber Vodka Pitcher

Ingredients

• 120mL Grainshaker Corn Vodka
• 115mL fresh cucumber juice*
• 60mL freshly Squeezed lime juice
• 80mL Elderflower cordial
• 375mL Soda Water
• Garnish - Cucumber slice

*Note: If you don't have a juicer, use a blender. Blend 2 peeled cucumbers with a dash of water. Pour the juice through a fine mesh strainer into a measuring cup.

Method

Step 1
In a large pitcher with ice, combine the Grainshaker vodka, cucumber juice, lime juice, elderflower cordial and top up with soda.

Step 2
Gently stir to combine.

Step 3
Garnish with sliced cucumber slice.
