I purchased a faulty item in store. Can I get a refund or replacement?

We're sorry to hear your product was faulty. Please bring your faulty item into store with proof of purchase. If you have paid via credit card, please ensure you bring the same card that the faulty product was charged on. In situations where the receipt is not provided, a credit note may be offered. Alternatively, our team can exchange an item for equal value.

I purchased an item in store that I would like to return but I don't have the receipt. Can I still return?

In instances where proof of purchase has not been retained, our stores are able to offer an exchange for equal value or a credit note. Refunds can be honored if the item was paid for by credit card and a statement can be provided.

Do stores offer Afterpay or any pay later service?

Shopping in-store has never been easier! We offer both AfterPay and Openpay at all our stores.

Do stores offer an exchange or refund for change of mind?

We know that purchasing homewares isn't always as straight-forward as we think! Our salt&pepper stores offer a 30 day refund or exchange period with change of mind purchases with proof of purchase.

Can I return my online order to a store?

If proof of purchase has been retained, our stores are more than happy to refund your online order. Without this, only an exchange of equal or greater value will be offered.

Do you offer click and collect in stores?

Unfortunately click and collect is a feature not being offered at this time. Please stay tuned through our mailing list to hear of any future updates!

Can I return a faulty item at any of your stores?

Faulty items can be returned to any store. Please ensure proof of purchase is provided and if you have paid via credit card, please bring the same card the faulty product was originally charged on.

Can I use my in-store gift card online?

Unfortunately at this time our in-store gift cards cannot be used online and likewise for gift cards purchased online, these are not valid for use in-store.
