Smoothie Suggestions To Start The Day Right

A smoothie is a great way to kick off the day. Jam packed full of nutrients and vitamins, it can really add a pop to your morning. But smoothie’s are not limited to being just a beverage. Why not try a smoothie bowl for a delicious health kick with a difference?

Here are a couple of smoothie recipes for you to try. All of which have been provided by @pheebsfoods and @nourish_naturally. Thanks, friends!

Here's What You'll Need

Before we get into what ingredients you’ll need for the recipes, we should give attention and special mention to the kitchen tools and gadgets you’ll need to make them. First and foremost you’ll need a high powered blender or food processor (obviously). After all, you can’t have a smoothie without a blender can you?

If you want to drink your refreshing smoothie, you’ll need a glass to hold it all in. Our tumbler glasses are fantastic for this. Plus, they’ll look great in any photo you take. Or, if you want to have your drink on the go, one of our travel cups will be perfect. And, they come with a complimentary reusable straw. Perfect for eco-warriors like yourself. When it comes to the smoothie bowls, we highly recommend one of our perfectly sized bowls.

Finally, to pull off the masterful art of perfect smoothies, it’s all in the prep! Chopping boards are a must-have, high-quality kitchen knives for all of your slicing and dicing, mixing bowls, and baking trays are a must-have if you want all the trimmings. Who doesn’t love homemade granola!?
