Ingredients
- 500g pork loin steaks, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp light olive oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 200g kale, chopped
- 2 tbsp water
Method
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a Con-ium Fry Pan over a medium-high heat. Once hot. Add garlic, ginger and chilli and cook for a minute
Step 2
Add the diced pork and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden.
Step 3
Add chopped kale, soy sauce, oyster sauce and water. Stir-fry until pork has cooked through and sauce has reduced.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
