- 12 eggs
- 350g caster sugar
- 545g almond meal
- 12g baking powder
- 500g orange puree
Pre-heat the oven to 155°C.
In a large bowl, add your eggs and caster sugar. Ensure that the mixture is whisked well and combined.
Add almond meal and baking powder into the eggs mixture and mix well.
Add orange puree into the bowl and continue to mix until combined.
Grease your Spring Form cake tin and pour the mixture into your cake tin.
Bake the cake in the oven for 25 minutes before rotating in oven and cooking for a further 10 minutes.
Allow to cool, then cut and serve with your favourite toppings, including whipped cream and berries.
